1 Class in the case of officers

whose salary scales to above £800 p.a.

OLD.

Senior Officers- 1st Class

(Decision resting with the

Governor as to who is considered a senior or subordinate officer).

NET.

One days full-pay leave for every 7 days resident service

up to a maximum of 7 months

exclusive of voyages.

Leave.

Sub-Officers

2nd Class

OLD.

Vacation leave on full-pay

1/8 of resident service during

current tour up to a maximum

of 5 months.

Local leave at 15 days p.a.

accumulative to 30 days during

2 years.

Sick leave at 28 days p.a.

and any extension of the same

being treated as extended sick

leave or otherwise at the

discretion of the Governor.

Half-pay leave.

1/6 of resident service

which may be commuted to full pay leave up to a maximum of

5 months; making a maximum

amount of combined leave of 10

months inclusive of voyages.

Local leave at 10 days p.a.

Sick leave at 28 days p.a.

any extension of such being

deducted from vacation or

half-pay leave.
